Terms for using this website and the Odonat AI platform.

1. Acceptance
By using this website or the Odonat platform, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Service availability
The platform is operated as a production service. It is nonetheless provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change as the product develops. Service levels, support commitments, and any uptime credits are set out in the order form or master services agreement executed between the parties, which prevails over these terms where the two conflict.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the credentials and scopes you grant the agent, and for reviewing them against least privilege.
- You are responsible for maintaining independent backups and an incident escalation path that does not depend on Odonat.
- You may not use the service unlawfully, or attempt to circumvent its safety plane.
4. The autonomous action boundary
This clause defines what the software is permitted to do to your environment, and it is deliberately narrow.
- Permitted actions are restricted by a compiled allowlist to a single reversible operation: opening a pull request that reverts one commit. Odonat never merges it.
- Destructive operations are refused by the execution engine. This includes dropping tables, deleting namespaces, and force pushes.
- Autonomous execution requires a causal-confidence score at or above 85%. Below that threshold no action is taken, and the decision is recorded with the reason it was refused.
- Workloads whose kind you have not explicitly permitted are correlated and recorded but never actioned. StatefulSets are excluded by default, so a database is not reverted unless you ask for it.
- Every decision is written to an append-only log in your own cluster, on a volume you control, whether or not it resulted in an action.
These are engineering guarantees of the safety plane, not a warranty of outcome. Odonat is a defence-in-depth layer and does not replace your own testing, review, and on-call practice.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your source code, configuration, and telemetry. Odonat retains all rights to the service. Nothing here transfers ownership of either.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information with at least reasonable care and use it only to operate the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with the executed agreement, or, absent one, on notice. On termination you should revoke the credentials granted to the agent and uninstall the Helm release.
